I received my initial massage therapy training from Med Tech College in Indianapolis, IN and completed the course in March 2005. The training I completed at Med Tech was above and beyond the state required schooling for a massage therapist. Since graduating I have attended many seminars and continuing education classes on many aspects of massage and bodywork/therapy. Sweedish, deep-tissue and sports massage, along with Active Isolated Stretching are the staples of my practice. I am also proficient in Graston, Muscle Activation and trigger point therapies, frequently using them in my sessions.
